My Best Friend Crab

Back in our youth, the biggest concerns were:
procuring our juvenile delinquent beer
Worried that our nickel bags laced with paraquat...
Where we could get some easy ****...

My, how we laughed our asses off
when our friend earned his nickname
by "snatching" the crabs from a skank-

Somehow, it's much more sinister now,
children are peppered with
pedophiles
toxic theories
online creepers
fentanyl dreamers
non-believers-

I miss the days of my stoned and filthy innocents.

You said it Anthony. Now..you cannot even be an American, man, or woman. Just eat edibles, snort and abort. In other words, my body, my choice. We are just things? I think not? Love your forthrightness and poetic truth. Panagiota xx
