Life is nothing but moments turning into memories...good, bad, ugly. Such a fine poem, Andrea. Congrats.

I like dogs but have never owned one. I di have cat named Bilbo for many years. Also my sisters had cats named Misty and Cloudy for many years. There is a cat named Smoky on the floor of my apartment and a dog named Oreo. Memory - something to consider.

Ahh!! How sweet..My Hairy is like your first dog but he is a Long Wire-Haired Chihuahua and does not look as good..I am not sure what happened to Hairy so don't know about his nutrition,etc..I was hoping that he would get to looking better but it is not happening...Maybe age and damage from neglect has made him what he is..Thanks for stopping by..Sara

Lovely and so lovely. This prose is all of love and transcends species -- in reality I say we are all one regardless of species. So tenderly written! Bravo! ~ Phillip
