Musing Contemplation
My father used to say that life was like chapters in a book, I agree, but let me
take it further life is like a collection of memories and we can turn back the
pages of time, meditate on the image and reflect and muse on the unfolding
scene. But, sometimes the crack in time takes us to a place of sad reverie.
Moments that drive daggers into our hearts or moments that take us to such
happiness that we weep with love . . .
the birds are singing
a row of cars move slowly ...
death has a beauty
I have many moments, great moments, small moments, moments that come
in a flash or a wink. A daydream where I find myself pondering and
contemplating. One day I was in a vast field where raspberries grew wild
under an azure sky. I was not alone, my mother and my sister were there
too. I recall it was a wonderful warm day and we were laughing. Later,
Grandma made raspberry pie for us. But, my happy memory turns to sadness
when I realize they are gone, mother, grandma, and my sister, just pictures of
photographs I keep in my mind, names engraved in stone . . .
the bees came buzzing
butterflies danced on flowers ...
the wind moved my hair
