Music, Poetry, Art and Me

I have always loved the melody of music,
it charms all living things perhaps even stones;
at times it is classical music that soothes me,
and other times-   I need pop so I can dance.
I think, that I must be related to Kalliope,
for I love to write and write all of the time;
since I was a little girl I believe that poetry,
charms all living things perhaps even stones.
Oh, but art is divine, I just love all art,
I go to the art gallery often with great joy;
and standing at a painting of Orpheus, pondering,
art, charms all living things perhaps even stones.
Yes, I am a lover of music, poetry and art,
those sisters connected-  they each have a place;
since the time of Greek mythology to present day,
I think the sisters, charm all living things perhaps;
                                                          even stones.
