Music and Joy

Music is like medicine
   It can help you start the day.
   Come on get movin,
   Breath in and out,
   Listen to your favourite song,
   Have a dance, sing and shout.
   Raise your arms in the air,
   Wriggle those hips
   And cheer!
   Have a dance around the room,
   Let's have fun,
   Shake off all the gloom.   
   Have a fantastic day!!
