Mushroom Stars

Mushroom Stars

gazing up at a million bright Stars

I forever wonder what they Are

appearing in the night like Mushrooms

popping up from out of nowhere In

Heaven’s fields. to disappear in The

morning when the sun washes the Sky

AN end line effort

In a hurry and can't seem to find a poem of yours I've not seen on page one! But coming here, I notice, this is an example of great imagery. Yes, I agree with you. Form writing really stretches us. I wrote Imaginist 8 years ago when I was starting out. It's still true to an extent. I do feel inferior to the few free verse poets, excellent writers, who I feel shun the sonneteers among us. Just how i feel. There're a few of them like that here, but most of the poets here are friendly! lUv, andrea

Beautiful, Margaret. I am seeing too many good entries to this contest, but I still smell a win with this one! LUv, andrea
