'Mum, you okay'

Why did this happen; how can I survive
A son should never die before his mum
One day so alive; next day you have died
Forty nine years young; life has gone my son
Your own son now a man of twenty one
his heart is crying out for you his dad
She yearns for cuddles she will never have
your sweetest girl; her heads in such a whirl
A wife sheds tears for her Sir Galahad
'Mum, you okay' ~ my mind starts to unfurl

It's lovely to see you back on soup Ann, I know the past few weeks have been very difficult for you and I can't for a minute imagine what you have to go through, no one should have to go through that experience. I along with others on here have had you in our thoughts and prayers and will continue to do so. Best wishes. Tom

Dear Tom, thank you so much for your thoughts and prayers, I am truly humbled by such beautiful human beings on PS that have sent me their support and love during this terrible time. I felt so empty and still do, but a few words have emerged and in a small way have released some hurt inside. With kindest thoughts Ann xx

Bless you sweet Panagiota, yes life is the most precious thing in the world and and we must make every day count. My son would phone me daily and always end with "love you Mum". Oh what I would give to hear his voice again... with kindest thoughts and love from Ann xx
