this rain 
trickles
down
windshields 
like tears
down
cheeks

the grass
is muddied 
like souls
in pain

thank you....i was in my bus, watching the rain trail down the windshield...the grass was muddy puddles...and a poem was born.... hugs :)

Right or wrong, I can picture you in the buses drivers sit and while idle you have pen and paper to ink tidbit pictures as they come to you. I can see that being the case for this gem, it was raining and your creativity began speaking. This is another sparkling free verse. Poetry hugs ... CayCay

Well we usually have to arrive early to park in line up I am one of the early ones so I sit 20 minutes. Can’t idle buses shut down after 5 min so we sit shut down. Sometimes I sit in the student seats or out of the bus. Inbetween I go to the park and get out and walk and write if it hits me thank you my friend. Hugs :)
