He sounded soused because he was soused---and if not, you may have noticed that he had a drink (and a cigarette) in his hand at almost all times on stage in Vegas... Oh, well...

Love the name, and the limerick. I rarely hear the word "stank" I may be in the mood soon to make up a little poem with the word stank.
