Mother Natures Fan
As the storm passes, and moves on its way
The sun peeks out, begins to shine its light
Born from the two, colors begin to play
To form an arch into a magic sight.
Rainbows oft seen as a sign from above
Displaying their colors for all to see
Whether of science, or symbol of love
A gift from the heavens for you and me.
I think Mother Nature’s waving a fan
As she dries out the earth after the rain
Its beauty witnessed by most every man
While leprechauns look for their gold again.
It brightens the day, leaves you with a smile
Gone all too soon, wish it could stay awhile.
