Mother is an emotion
Mother is feeling
Mother is love
Mother is ambition
Mother is a service
Mother is patience
Mother is tolerance
Mother is perseverance
Your favourite food served with love
Your lunch box with extra food in case friends take some
Voice that wakes you up for school
Voice that reminds you to carry your project
Ears that patiently listens to all your talks
Mouth that imbibes good values in you
Hands that serve you incessantly
Heart raining showers of love
Mind thinking about your well-being
Eyes that understand from the look on your face
Brain that foresees problems well in advance
That phone call asking you where you are when out
That tension when you are late
That worry when you are unwell
Someone you can wake up even in middle of night
Someone who loves you more than you do
When you are happy she is happier than you
Your pain, sadness she can’t bear
She loves you the way you are
Her love is unconditional, eternal, unwavering
Mother is desire
Children having good habits and values
Children reaching great heights in life
Children always happy
Mother is a repository of solutions
Mother is sage guidance
Mother like nature works seamlessly
Mother makes life tension free
When mother is around kids are carefree
Love as deep, as vast, as ocean
Strong and resolute like mountain
Flowing constantly like a river despite pollution
Like mother earth, wounded many times,
Still serving incessantly without any thought of self
Always alongside helping, guiding...
Nurtures children with her blood and milk
They are a part of her very being
More important than her own self
She can never hate them
Never be angry with them for long
They are her primary responsibility
Her concern and experience
Makes her put restrictions on kids
Most children don’t like them and fight with mothers
But she remains firm and resolute
Explaining, trying to make them understand
Sometimes she gives in to demands of children
Then worries endlessly about them
At times she wonders why she loves them so much
Wishes she were not so attached
Hugging a mother
Sleeping on her lap
Going to her with all sort of problems
Asking her anything and everything
Are some memories no child will ever forget
Mothers are special gift of God to children
Only way to know, understand a mother is to
become one
Mother is mother
There can be none like a mother
After God mother is highest
To a child mother is everything
