Morning Sunshine




Soft through the window
The light greets my sleepy eyes
Thoughts lazily float
Anticipating the day
And the sweet warmth of sunshine

This is a perfect example of a morning sunshine! After I read this write I wanted a ray of sunshine to come through the window and beam me some great warmth that it can bring! I often wake up to the sunshine coming through the window...except when the daylight comes later in the day, then I must wait for the great sunshine! I really enjoyed this wondrous poem Barbara! You've done masterful with this elaborate piece, Great Work!!
