Morning Star My Guide To Life

After the first frost,
Twinkled lights in the gloom
Emerge like a mirage-
Images,red then white
Speckle the winter night
And fill the cobalt sky-
And in my heart-a light
To fill the darkest place-
A perpetual morning star.
