Morning Musings

Poets once spoke with a divine tongue
Igniting our embers buried down deep
Touching each soul willing to hearken
Some having power to make angels’ weep

Cast in their shadows, few poets still write
Our words now differ, the message the same
We speak of love, truth and the majesty of life
Using syntax and wordplay our greatest fame

Hello White Wolf - It is wonderful to see your name once again. It has been such a very long time. Your entry makes the reader pause. Always do I see beauty and grace within your work. May this day find you well.
