Morning

Morning

Ahhh… is what I say with this warm cloth upon my face.
No thoughts, no worries, no little things –just my mind wondering to space.
Ultra-calming moisturizer soothing every pore,
Wrinkles gone? I’m not sure, I’ll smooth a little more.
It’s 8:15 time to go, so much for my time alone,
New thoughts, new worries, new little things – to face the new unknown.

Splendid convection, Dee! Your first line is so refreshing. Made my mind wonder to those hot wash clothes given at the beginning of a sushi meal at a Japanese restaurant. Also, the image of a massage using those hot towels and hot smooth lava rocks. Ssssoooooo relaaaxxxxxxiinnng! This poem took me away like Calgon!
