More Maxims
Man cannot be woman,
woman cannot be man,
if man thinks he is woman,
he is already damned.
We all have opinions,
estimations and thoughts,
but if God says otherwise,
our feelings matter naught.
Trying to live by feeling
is a failing of youth,
the world cares not for your likes,
a grown mind lives with truth.
Blaming faults on other
is a quick road to hell,
never think you’re owed something,
you must do it yourself.
Some placate to people,
and go through life all scared,
frightened what others may think,
but in truth, no one cares.
People say that money
cannot be everything,
true, but it’s in the Top 5,
hale men should be working.
Big towns think they’re hot stuff,
more cultured, they believe,
but I’ve not seen a city
I couldn’t wait to leave.
Our kids need two parents,
mankind evolved to that,
deviate and odds increase
that our kids walk dark paths.
When folks think you’re too nice,
they’ll target you as weak,
though we hate to admit it,
life does require teeth.
I’ve heard it said all crime
by reason is explained,
but some folk are just evil,
run by a twisted brain.
He speaks for the people,
with ideas bold and new!
(If you trust politicos,
I have a bridge to sell you.)
They say slow and steady
is what wins you the race…
Fast and steady works better,
someone will set the pace.
Women captivate you,
make heart and spirit burn,
but lose your job and you’ll see
it’s someone else’s turn.
Men are built with power,
to provide and protect,
but yes, in exchange for that,
we will require sex.
They act like they’ll help you,
but sack you in the end,
those with power over you
can never be a friend.
Some think it possible
to live life without sin,
they just call the evil ‘good,’
there’s reasons you need Him.
Some folks think it’s okay
to murder the unborn,
animals eat their children,
from humans God wants more…
Most of the new ideas
you come up with will fail,
traditions are the things that work,
time itself tells that tale.
Some men feed on your rights,
craving power in full,
parasites that only take…
leftists are bad people.
One last thing I must stress,
and this we should make plain:
it’s a great sin if you drive
too slow in the fast lane.
...it's very annoying.
