Moonwalk With Me

Glide and slide
and let it rest
we're all just guessing
doing our best.
Leave it be
dance your way on
this glorious journey.

Live and let live
loving all who pass
for it won't matter
when the sand fills the glass.
Just like you,
I wish I knew
all about Great Mystery but,
I haven't a clue.

Everyone wonders
what will there be
or will there be a be
but this dance is so grand
I don't know if I can stand
to know, so ...
come moonwalk with me.

I like the interesting perspective in this one. The last stanza is my favorite, leaving the reader with something to ponder. Thank you for sharing your talent with us and for your kind words on my poem. Karen

Yes we do all wonder....some seem to be more sure than others....but I do wonder.....and like you, don't know if I can stand to know. So.........yes....I will moonwalk with you!! (ps...answering your comment on my poem....yes...the deer really did get into my garden :( ....however....we do love having deer around so that's the price we pay!!!

Sue I hope you put this on a plaque and hang it up it is beautiful also could see it in a book too thanks for your help on spell and I used spell chech in soup lol keep up the great work
