Moon Talk

The room reeks of lilac and sin
The bottle cracks,
and I breath you in
You fog up my vision
And sweeten the day
I hold you tighter at night
And we whisper ‘stay’

Perfumed thighs
Tell me pretty lies
Kisses on each side
Line a pathway

You linger on my skin like rain on stone
We protect each other like skin to bone
