Moon Dust

When the wind does blow, When the flood does come, When the sun does burn, When all the seas dry, one real thing is left, If we can`t move, If our love left, If we have lost, all our strength gone, but one more thing still stays, which we know, which is a dear friend. Dear and nice, one which is not weak, nor wicked, That stays put, When things are rough, When the face smiles, and joy does flow, and pains vanish, The heart grieves no more, With someone to share, He stays close and firm, When moon shines at night, The dust remains there. *Dedicated to all my friends(poets) at Poetrysoup. You`ve all made Poetrysoup a safe haven. You are all very dear to me. CONTEST:"Diminished and Advancing Hexaverse"by Catie Lindsey

I find it comforting to know that despite some changes in our lives, there is still this constant-- perhaps to ground us? Very nice diminished hexaverse, Olusegun! Congrats on your win and your note of dedication is very nice :D
