Moon

You have an astonishing beauty
From afar you capture me with your gleam
When day gets tough and dreary
I’ll gaze upon you and I know I’ll be able to dream
Those in this world but you, are all tricky
Perfection outside, but has ugly sins to redeem
Unlike sun, never can be eyes savored
Your scrumptiousness can’t be done devoured
To me you are a grand in any phases
If I was to land my humble feet on you
On your crater I’d write a praise,
Of how well you do your job to amaze
Even when you are unsighted
Every night, before reaching God
On you I transit my grace
As you beam your Amen to my face
