Mood Swings
noticing mood oscillation
diminishes not elation
being but rise and fall of waves
with pain and joy, heart’s flirtation
in staid stillness, ego behaves
no longer of dark desires raves
we are the witness, in bliss mode
love the sole cure, that always saves
oh hermit, carry not fear’s load
in cave of heart is God’s abode
there’s no door; we’re always welcome
His love and light, here now download
