Moments
I've had so many moments in life
full of love, loss, hope and strife,
never have I fully lived as I do now
with loneliness my only pal.
I feel the earth as it moves on
toward the setting of the sun,
when all of life has gone away
no more night only the day.
God the Father on the throne
never more to be alone,
heavenly angels sing above
always peace, hope, and love.
