I wonder if Hummingbirds are capable of feeling pleasure as humans do. A nice thought to contemplate. Perhaps he had the same feeling watching you through the window.

I doubt it, my friend. That bird was there and gone again in a second. But it was a beautiful feeling to see it so close for that moment!!

Hummingbird Preferred Flowers: Brightly–colored flowers that are tubular hold the most nectar, and are particularly attractive to hummingbirds. These include perennials such as bee balms, columbines, daylilies, and lupines; biennials such as foxgloves and hollyhocks; and many annuals, including cleomes, impatiens, and petunias.

It was outside the window that I look out of while I do my dishes. AS if it were close to my face!!!

Tom, I saw that very hummingbird right inside my rose bush last week. It was so awesome!! Then later that afternoon, i was doing dishes and it appeared right outside my WINDOW. it was like it saw me for an instant and it was gone. It was incredible. That is what made me do this one liner!!
