Blackstrap molasses I drink every day.
I've learned it holds anemia at bay.
One tablespoon quick stirred up
with almond milk (a scant cup)
makes my red blood cells cheer. Hip hip hooray!

Yes, I have heard of many wondrous things about molasses. I used to collect phamplets that gave all sorts of useful info on many of our common food products, herbs, etc. Congrats on a great win!

health freak, yo!!.. i take echineicea and grade seed extracts do my vitamins..love herbal but but...coke has to stay,lol.. upbeat poesy here.. love it..hhuggles!
