Absolutely ... Are not the muscles for misuse ?

To your question I reply: The muscles are for use with measure if we misuse them the results will be painful in the long run and we will pay dearly! As a marathon runner (42,195 km) I have learned that lesson very well! Thank you so much for your kind visit and comment my friend, Probir!
