Mistaken Identities

Confuse a worm with a snake
  Your life it may take

Confuse a snake with a worm
  Your bowels just might squirm

Mistake a rat for a mouse
  Say goodbye to your spouse

Mistake a mouse for a rat
  ~ Calling all cats

Very interesting couplets ! Identities if mistaken may invite much harm at times ...

You are so right. Some have mistaken me, for example, as the Wolf who attacks Little Red Riding Hood -- when I am actually the 'Big Bad Wolf' of the 'Three Pigs' infamy. lol. Smiles, Gershon
