Mission Driven-What and Who We Are Called to Be

Mission Driven — What We Are Called to Be

Mission-driven—this is who we are called to be.
Pressing together, lifting the plank,
Carried by purpose, strengthened with pride.
Children of God, with heaven in view—
Our goal is clear: we are heaven-bound.

Mission-driven—destined for something sure.
Come on board—there are no regrets here.
Called to build, to serve, to reach,
Until we arrive at our eternal destination.

Mission-driven—Christ is our standard.
Driven to be like Him each day.
What an honour to walk this path,
In such great company,
Making Him our all in all.

Mission-driven—a commission divine,
Given by Jesus in Matthew’s call:
“Go ye therefore and teach all nations.”
Will you join this mighty throng,
And be mission-driven?

Mission-driven—it is holy, it is right.
Stay true, stay focused on the call.
Faithful to Him who summoned us,
Eyes set on heaven, our final home.

Mission-driven—strong and purposeful.
Strengthened in the Lord
Who brings all things to completion.
Running the race, finishing the course—
In Jesus, our victory is sure.

So will you join this sacred charge?
All hands on deck—there’s work to do.
Step forward in faith, without hesitation—
Be mission-driven.
