Miss Understood

I hesitated Sorry I brought up the subject I choke up But he insisted So I blurted it out In the end I bared it all He listened He said he understood And sympathized I didn’t buy it but It felt good to tell him The weight off my shoulders AP: 3rd place 2022 Posted on March 8, 2019

This is the reason I will always have a job, Line, for my job is truly "trained listener." The other part of that is "be quiet and do not give advice unless they have a mind that cannot come up with any answer for themselves" - this is the HARD part of listening. I am glad you have a good listener, my friend.

Indeed there will always be a need for trained and caring listeners. They are hard to find.
