Mirrors Are Tiny
Listen to poem:
mirrors are tiny,
kept at bay
so you can look away
from their
relentless stare and
brutal honesty.
photographs are kinder
infections of reflections
of the way you used to be,
with posed expressions,
exposing impostors, imposed
to past the tense and sense.
