Miracle Joe

A true story about a Coronavirus survivor, He told his family he would never stop fighting to survive. Miracle Joe Amongst the crowd you just see a stranger attached all together we all know the danger. They tirelessly worked so l just kept on trying 527 and counting and still they kept crying. So many cases together in hope together in moments together we cope A crowd and survivor and we all kept on trying but you see me a stranger and we just kept on crying. Affected, i'm lucky because lv lived through it my loved ones connection so the fight would not quit. That day i'm a survivor named 'Miracle Joe' but you knew nothing about it but i'm a hero , you know. So many cases together we hope together in moments together we cope. A crowd and survivor no more be a stranger we're all attached together we'll fight all the danger. So many cases together we hope together in moments together we cope.

A very heartfelt poem this is about a coronavirus survivor. Iv had swine flu long time ago when it was really bad and was somewhat similar to coronavirus case and i got it while on holiday in UK london, and i had to quarantine myself and it was a very scary experience, so i can understand and feel what miracle joe must have felt and thought. I fought hard too. And was one of the worst experiences. I enjoyed reading this. Sending you light always.

That must have been a bad health experience im so glad you fought it. l havnet had flu many times ,but l did get it really bad when l was 23 and l didnt recover well My M.E Specialist thinks that how l got M. E, which is now severe. They still dont know what causes M.E and people think its just tireness but ME is diff fr CFS as we have severe pain at times, all over. l cant walk/stand more than 30 mins, so l read a lot. Poetrysoup brightens my day.

I am glad that he survived so many of those first hit by the illness did not make it. I got it in August three years ago, it had not been going around very long, however, I had already had two of the injections of the immunization for it. If it had not been for the immunizations, I am sure I would not have survived. I was sick for a solid month. Thanks for sharing this one with us. Sara K

Well here's another one for you Jackie I went Through and learned to walk again.. I would Say its 10 to 20,000 to get it as bad as I and your friend would have..So my writes reflect That experience.. I also had the retina in my Right eye beginning to detatch yet this only Became apparent after the fog of sickness had Cleared.' I see now that due to the isolated ones Who had it that bad.' Did not warrant interventions what was needed was human Immunity through exposure like I had.' God bless!

Poetry is a great comfort and a reason for hope at these times. it should not be so hard to get it into schools to get young thinking on a more meaningful level. Hope you are able to write more poems soon. Regards David
