Mine and Yours
When I'm alone
It hurts
Cause you are my
Bandaid.
So when you are gone
Its ripped away
And I'm left
Scrambling
For something
Someone
To ease the pain.
Temporary happiness
And
Petty distractions
Are my friend.
I always need you.
Here.
Wherever
Here
Is.
Because with you I can’t
Breathe
For smiling too much.
And without you
I can't breathe
For a crushing
Disappointment
Like a punch
In the stomach.
And with you
Every step is
Walking on the clouds
And without you
I have splinters of glass
Embedded in my heels.
But you fix
Everything.
Me.
And i'm okay
Cause everything is
Okay.
And now I can barely exhale for
Loving you.
And i can’t take a step
Without falling
To my knees.
And I can’t cry
Cause the tears
Never
Come.
You make me
Me.
