Mindfield

In my mind, I am not free in here, I am not me
Trapped and confused as I travel through this barren land
Hunger and thirst is all I know
Jesus am I now unknown, has mankind found my clone
Illusion and science evolving into one
And no one is saying it's wrong
In here I am not strong
Everything I say and do is interpreted as wrong
How long must I travel around
Before I find somewhere, I can belong
Father I hunger and thirst
Time cannot erase, I can not replace
I need to find this place that they call the Oasis.
