Mind , Runaway Train

i feel the sting , from the heat , on my feet
from the sand , distant land , where i am
lip's parched , as i march , while i thirst
this my first , tour the worst , must be cursed
can't be nursed , back to health , hear the bell's
in my mind , just can't find , reason why , voices cry
in my head , all day long , nightmarish song
a mirage , a barrage , can't get away , as they prey
and they stay , to my dismay , but i pray
when i might , discover sights , dancing light's
as i fight , demon's fright , to their delight.........

how contrite.................i am now................
