Migraine

The automobile breezes
down the liquorice whip,
nonpareil dotted roadway
as the searing sun strobes lances
through the frozen forest;
piercing projections, phospheneal auras,
dance as retinal afterthoughts
within the cornea of man.

The imagery is excellent in this, Debbie. I can feel the stabbing pain from the sun in piercing brightness and that ill feeling that comes with it. Great work, my poetic friend! Love and hugs, Robin
