Mighty Is My God

I see you in the wavy leaves
In the clouds up high that creeps
You are found in yesterday's history
And lie in tomorrow's mystery

Beyond the mountains, valleys and seas
You are the God who really sees
Things you do are wonder beyond comprehension
Rescuing a wanderer from his depression
In the heavens you made your seat
And on the earth you rest your feet

The moon and stars do not forsake us in the night
And in the day the sun is our light
Our hearts, body and soul you preserve
Oh what a mighty God we serve

We pray to thee on our knees
And present to you all our needs
That through you, our lives will be raised
And in thanks your name will be praised.

There are many poems of tribute to God, but I think this one is one of the best I've read on this site.
