Midst of the Forest

In the midst of the forest deep, 
Within evolving work of art,
Wherein men's green edifice dream does  
Begin natures evensong heart. 

Old timber yielding whilst in still
Hold fast, nestling mistral wind chants, 
Bold aroma of petrichor
Fold upon pulse lands color plants.
