Midnight

I closed my eyes, saw you more clearly let out a sigh, I loved you so dearly I looked at the stars there were only a few They said, "He may love you too, if only he knew." "He gave away his heart A long, long time ago It may still be with her That's all I know." "He may mask it all But I see through the wall With his face, it's hard to say But his eyes give him away." This isolation, this desperation I long for him, but my heart reeks sin. Memories of that night Are still a little hazy But I remember him next to me the warmth of his love, the rhythm of his heart, the comfort of his hug, and the serenity of his soul. "Oh! Great you are finally here." He said,"You are dreaming, my dear. "

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
