Metaphors penned with psychedelic ink
most times present as imagery, forthright.
But, if they're scanned again- readers may think
a nuance has come forth in a new light.
To say one thing- and mean another brings
a hidden vision lying deep beneath-
not by the meaning of each word that springs;
but deep where mystic undertones bequeath.
“All comes alive with joy from the wind's kiss,
that mingles with the rolling sea's soft song.
In rapturous communion, joined in bliss-
the wind and sea forever bound- belong.”
Metaphors penned in psychedelic ink
feed well our passions to absorb- rethink.
