Mentally Unstable

I have know some people I will not reveal

That are not mentally stable but everything seems so real,

The little things might set them spinning

When they do mean things they just start grinning,

The doctors have tried to keep them from going insane

By giving them medication to keep them some what sane,

It has been a challenge since they were a teenager

And now they are much older and their insaness just lingers,

Everyday these people look at the world in a crazy sort of way

To them other people make them feel paranoid and that is what they say,

But, in reality their brain is not right

And the sad thing is it is their constant fight.
