Memories of Love

i always ask why God had us fall in love,
After a year I still love him,

I am not over his handsome figure,
His masculine presence, his beautiful blue eyes.

He has dimples in his cheeks,
He is a very kind and caring man,

The day he introduced himself.
Reached out and shook my hand,we became friends.

When I gave him two of my paintings,
He gave me a hug and a kiss.

I will always remember,
I used to like hugging him when I saw him.

There is a God after all,
I used to think that.

What will I do without him,
I would have asked him to live with me.

Do you know that I was too shy,
I guess that our friendship wasn't meant to be.

I wish I could marry him,
Believe in miracles I say.
