Memories:

Multiple memories Make us wish upon more, Much the same way as love. Melodies heard in bliss, Moving to the music More out of love than need. Moments that shall reflect. (6 syllables per line) For Pleiades M contest Sponsored by: Kim Merryman

I love that you wrote about music in the context of memories. I find that music brings me back to times and places when I heard it first, or in a special situation - much like smells. Congrats on your win.

There will always be that one song that when you hear it, it takes you back to a place and time, maybe special, maybe painful, but music has that effect. I have a few like that, "Could it be I'm falling in love" by the Spinners is one that just whisks me away to a wonderful point in my life. Your poem wonderfully tells this. Nicely done my friend.

Yes, one of mine is "Solsbury Hill" by Peter Gabriel. I simply love the music and the lyrics speak to me like the eagle speaks to him! Thanks, Chris! Enjoy your day mate /|\
