MEMORIES a disney moment woodland many peeping eyes the thump of a stump THE OLD CHEST (repost) up lid and a thousand musty specters cry out with memories for but one departed AMUSEMENT PARK kids on the dock yell throw peanut shells thrashing catfish SAD FAREWELL new year’s eve with breeze red and green wraps the old cottonwood

Daver, your poetry is "To gaze at a river made of Time and Water and remember Time is another river. To know we stray like a river and our faces vanish like water" from "The Art of Poetry by Jorge Luis Borges". Your verses teach those poets with less experience how to define a musicians notes, a singer's arias, a poet's expression given wings by the poet.
