Me Too

I heard you say, You never speak of what you did wrong. It's always something  negative , You sing the same Ole song. Never said I was a saint. I admit I ve got some flaws. But no one   really knows, How things are behind Behind these walls. I've been the  and been part of, What was and what is, causing pain. Bled so many tears. So many times they'd fall like rain. Forgiving is the key. That also opens the door for chance. Tares the scales from the eyes. Enabling a clearer glance. I say once more hoping you hear. forgive is the keyword here. The act of Forgiving  , leads the   negative to actively disappear.

"Forgive and forget" my mother used to say. I do owe someone an apology and I think this poem has given me the courage I need to say, "I'm sorry" I am so glad I came across this particular poem of yours. It is an important poem and quite meaningful to me.
