You are the pickiest eater she said And I thought we were friends There you are playing in your food he said I looked at my plate; it was not playing Do all friends criticize or just my friends? I look at the skeleton of my cake I ate what I wanted, I say Not defensively, but matter-of-factly. They look at each other and snort Maybe not friends at all I can do better
