Maybe Baby

series 5/5/3/3/5 Limerick

On precept Palin
Concepts are wailing
     Concepts spoofs
     Love is truth
Corporate failing

Amidst the wailing
Her ship keeps sailing
     Precept’s truths
     She’s no goof
Beliefs are sailing

Her precept is right
May need to try it
     Now maybe
     Sweet Baby
She abodes in light!!

At least she confesses tunnel’s light!!

I don't know how you get this from seeing her. But anyway, I do enjoy the cute way you wrote this poem. It is crazy how people can see one person in a completely different "light" it would be nice if you were right about her! Luv, andrea

I guess you do know Huckabee better than I do, John. I've seen his TV show and like the way he treats others with respect and kindness. I just haven't seen "precept" vision in Sarah yet. She's a pretty lady with a sense of humor I admire. And I don't think she's "dumb" at all, just not as educated on world affairs as some others, but she can always learn that. Love, Carolyn

I know you truly believe this about Sarah, John. The images politicians present are so distorted from their realities that I don't know whom to believe anymore. Perhaps you can tell me why you feel so strongly about Palin. For me, Huckabee seems the most truthful. And, of course, Jimmy Carter was one of my favorite, truthful politicians who seemed governed by precepts rather than concepts. Please continue to enlighten. Love, Carolyn
