May Girl

May Girl
I went into the jewellry shop to sell my dead mum's jewels. I saw you there, looking like the Goddess of Spring or like you'd been to a wedding. Your hair tied up and flowers in it. Wearing a white top, so Art Noveau.
Faint hint of make up, torquoise eye liner, red lipstick. Stylish black mini skirt, the right length. And your legs... legs of a Goddess. You remind me of my mum, when she was young and pretty. Her image caught in old photos.
You confirmed that not all local girls are nasty.
