Map Me
I want a map, I need a map,
A map that shows me where,
I should step towards in life,
From home to my career,
With a scale of life, a title, roads,
And an arrow pointing north,
And a legend to decode my thoughts,
Giving my life warmth,
Showing me where rivers run,
And where the bridges span,
Helping me through times of tough,
To help me understand,
I’d like a map, a lifetime map,
Through flower gardens in the park,
Because, right now, my map has gone,
And I’m living in the dark.
