Manchester Hereos

I dedicate this poem to two couragerous men
To those behind the scenes
Heard and unheard
Men and women of heart
Men and women of gold
Strong and willing
Brave and dearing
Warm and caring
These words I write are of great admiration
Your love and your compassion saved and embrace the dying
Men of courage
Women of passion
I salute thee
I commend thee
Your love, your willingness to aid
Your courage to stand
Your desire to take part
Shows that humanity has not yet come to an end.

There were many unsung heroes on the night Patricia - I have not read the story of these men but anyone who helped in the aftermath of this atrocity is a hero in my eyes:-) hugs Jan xx
