Without convictions, a man resembles

an aimlessly sailing boat, in which both the rudder

and

the anchor is missing!

My friend Demetrios, your words are so wise and so accurate. Our moral compasses, or principles, steer us in the right direction and help us make reasonable decisions on how to spend our life.

Convictions are moral compas, that show the direction of path and correct decisions of our lives to follow. As you said Demetrios without out them we wonder off course, making wrong decisions, and harming others in the process. Your example in your piece was brilliantly thought out and should be on POTD soon. Congratulations Demetrios another favorite for me. God bless you for sharing...
