Man Is More Than Flesh and Blood

All men will…
Will leave a legacy
After life’s journey comes to an end
This is something to think about
In these times of uncertainties
We weave intrinsically, our “eternity”
Man is more than flesh and blood
Our spirit never dies
Daily, we choose

Whether consciously or not
Moment by moment
A word uttered can not die
Cannot become void
But rides a wind into forever
Awaiting accountability
Man is more than flesh and blood
Our spirit never dies
Daily, we choose

Smile ~ I am extremely regretful that I have not been around "These Bejeweled Walls Here At Soup" much as of late dear lady but, I believe I am going to be changing all of that as of now and also, I do owe "Your Beauty" an apology I do believe for, changing a poem that "Your Brightness" had so kindly commed upon; "Please" forgive myself for that error dear; for "You Are Truly Precious Unto My Humble Soul!!!" ~ ....Cont:)

Smile ~ "Absolutely Dear, 'Great Words of Wisdom,' Beyond The Slightest of Doubts to Be Noted;' Although, 'Mercies Rivers of Rejuvinating Waters,' Extend Far & Wide!!!" ~ Smile, "Hello Beautiful, Blessed & Lovely Audrey Carey!!!" ~ I hope that life has been treating "Your Gracefulness" so very beautifully dear &, I have missed "Your Precious & Tender Heart & Soul;" which as this diamond here I Always seem to find, "Amid 'Your Beautiful & Sparkling Verse'" ~ ....Cont:)

The legacy you leave, my dear, will be one of love, joy and hope. I'm so glad to see you conveying spiritual values in this powerful poem, Dimples. You are a spiritual mentor to many, much like John Freeman is. And you take the time so graciously to help each person who needs assistance. Thanks so much for sharing this uplifting poem! Love, Carolyn
